On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a quick homage to Aaron Judge after the New York Yankees' slugger hit his 61st home run of the season. It was a historic moment in MLB history... and YES Network play-by-play man Michael Kay absolutely botched the call. Moments like that deserve an iconic call (and a little ambient crowd noise), but Kay couldn't deliver. Not to be outdone, a group of fans in the stands had a chance to catch the historic home run ball and not a single one was able to come down with it. Oy! Moving over to the NFL, it's all bad right now for the Los Angeles Chargers and the New England Patriots. Now that Joey Bosa is on the shelf, the Chargers will play the foreseeable future with their best pass rusher and their starting left tackle, their starting center; Not to mention, their best wide receiver, their top cover man and their quarterback Justin Herbert are also banged up. This season could get away from the Chargers pretty quickly. In New England, it's become pretty clear that we've reached a tipping point as it relates to Bill Belichick and his future with the club. Mac Jones looks to be average-at-best and the overall roster is pretty terrible. So why then is Belichick choosing to stick around? Finally, J-Mac closes the show with a very special Monday Night Football Cincinnati Bengals-Miami Dolphins edition of the Best Bet.
