As a healthcare executive she developed people through leadership and coaching; improved processes using Six Sigma and Lean techniques; and developed resources and enhanced culture through the application of stakeholder engagement strategy. She played a role in the management of President Jimmy Carter’s urban renewal program, development of Grady Hospital’s $300M+ capital campaign and creation of an innovation center at Hennepin County Medical Center
