David explains why real estate is not an end-all solution to your financse and discusses the importances of reserves and playing defense, as outlined in his recent book Pillars of Wealth. He shares how he had 50 properties stolen from his portfolio and how that was part of a series of events that decimated his finances! David is extremely open and honest in explaining how he dealt with these troubling times and how he found support. This episode is a clear example of why it’s important to have your business protected from all angles and understand that tumultuous times can happen to any of us!
