When it comes to UFO sightings and claims, most of the stories are heard from witnesses which could be argued as hearsay. But what if I told you that there was a case close to Ottawa near the small town of Carp, Ontario where there was actually evidence of a UFO. Prominent UFO investigators in Canada and the United States received a mysterious package from someone who called themself "Guardian”. The package contained a VHS tape. This tape is considered to be one of the most controversial pieces of UFO evidence in Canadian history. But is this Guardian tape the truth or just an elaborate hoax?
