Why do parents send their kids to bed with stories of monsters, hiding under their beds, and expect them to sleep at night?
I just about every part of the world, weird creatures are out to get you if you don't behave. Not all Bogymen are there to terrorize children. There are a few that go after the parents who don't take care of their kids.
