A 2019 article by Forbes revealed that more than half of U.S. workers are unhappy in their jobs; furthermore, having a sense of purpose is prioritized, and they don't want "just a job."

Far too often, we treat a setback like a factory reset we do on the phone; everything is wiped away. Too often, we settle in life, thinking, "my time has passed me by" or "my window of opportunity has closed." And time and time again, we believe that because we have experienced a setback, we have to start from zero.

In this episode. Personal Growth Strategist Miguel Lebron provides strategies to put setbacks in perspective. It's much easier to move from where you are than to return to zero only because of a setback, disregarding the strives you have made towards living out your purpose.
