Welcome back to the Strengthened Hands Podcast. Today we are discussing insecurities-- what they are, how we can recognize them in ourselves, and how we can handle them Biblically. Insecurities are a constant companion to the human heart, even the male heart. We cannot avoid them completely, but what we can do is fight against them using the Sword of the Spirit which is God's Word.

Do you think you are too skinny?
Too fat?
Too weak?
