With Specs & Vuj away, we drafted in friends of the show Emma Jones & Kae Kurd to sit down with former footballer Fabrice Muamba.

Fabrice started his career at Arsenal during the invincible era and learned his craft alongside the likes of Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira and Ashley Cole.

By the age of 24 he had made over 200 appearances for Arsenal, Birmingham City & Bolton Wanderers but on 17th March 2012 his life would change forever. Fabrice suffered a cardiac arrest in an FA Cup quarter final against Tottenham Hotspur and his heart stopped for 78 minutes.

Fabrice joins the show to discuss his miraculous recovery as well as his love of Patrick Vieira and his ‘strong dislike’ of Aston Villa during his time his time as a Birmingham City blue.
