#19 - Dr Craig Harrison: Skilful Movers make the Best Athletes
Manage episode 443926729 series 3583127
Today it’s my pleasure to introduce Dr Craig Harrison to the show.
Craig and I first connected over 10 years ago when he worked as the NZ Football head of Sports Science.
Since then, he has dedicated his focus to improving the physical literacy of young athlete’s, as well as researching and educating the sport industry around the values in skill acquisition, movement, joy, play and exploration.
I was fortunate enough to be a guest on Craigs podcast, “The Athlete Development Show” last year and it was a pleasure to return the favour and have him on STRIVE 365.
