The word holy can be overwhelming. We know that only God is holy BUT we are called to walk in Christ's footsteps.
This can often create one of two approaches: self-reliance (read: rule following on steroids) or self-justification (read: abandon the holiness "ship" altogether and do your own thing).
But... where is the place God has called us as followers of Christ?
What is "realistic" when balancing His word against common Christian-American cultural acceptance?
