Janeth Arias is a founding partner of Blanco & Arias. She handles employment matters including, wrongful termination, retaliation, unlawful discrimination and harassment due to race, gender, disability or other protected category. Ms. Arias also handles matters involving workers’ compensation, wage & hour, and personal injury.
Ms. Arias received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009. Ms. Arias graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Public Law concentration and minor in Spanish from the California State University, Long Beach.
Ms. Arias is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Mexican American Bar Association. Ms. Arias is fluent in Spanish. If she is not litigating in the courtroom zealously advocating for her clients, she is traveling or at a Dodger Game.
