This week's guest Mark Aylward has over 30 years of experience helping people who are unsure of their next steps in life utilising his teaching and mentorship personality, which he attributes to his father.

After college, he tried different things and failed a lot, which led him to realize that most people don't know what they want to do in life however after becoming a father, he shifted his focus to supporting his new family and eventually found his professional home in recruiting.

He started two staffing companies and sold them for over 3 million dollars each. After getting divorced, getting sole custody of his 3 children representing myself in his divorce (and he isn't an attorney). he started helping his young adult children find work and start their own small businesses.

He now teaches, coaches, and builds content and courses around his experiences and skills. He has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a Certificate of Excellence in Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida.

He has also done volunteer work as a trainer and career counselor with the Central Florida Coalition for the Homeless and as a judge and business mentor with Notre Dame's Gigot Centre for Entrepreneurship.
