VCR provides essential support, including claims assistance, emergency financial aid, food assistance, and transportation services. Kelly’s journey has taken him from search and rescue missions aboard the HH-65A helicopter to coaching high school wrestling and softball. His passion for education led him to create Education 4 Kids International, supporting schools in Uganda. Kelly has been involved with Blessings Under the Bridge, advocating for Spokane’s homeless population. Now, as VCR’s Board President, he continues to honor the sacrifices of veterans who served before him.
