Dr. Ross Leadbetter has spent over 30 years working in the fields of education and leadership. He has a PhD in Knowledge Conversion and High-Performance Work-Teams, with a background in the development, retention, and use of knowledge to create high-performance action. Ross has extensive experience in action research and the development of deep learning methods, as a Provincial Learning Specialist for NB, as CEO of iHub Learning Inc., as an Author and more.
More recently, Ross has developed a High-Performance Culture Coaching (HPCC) Program to support organisations in transforming their workplace culture, impact metrics, and overall well-being.
