Jim Riggins, Retired Air Force Colonel and Energy Expert, discusses the Harvard Study titled “Full Cost Accounting for the Life Cycle of Coal” that details how coal and its waste stream costs the public one-third to one- half (1/3 – 1/2) trillion dollars annually!

Zach Pierce, Sierra Club’s Beyond Coal Sr. Campaign Representative, discusses the many costs that coal imposes on each resident and business in our community, in addition to providing an overview of the Sierra Club’s BEYOND COAL campaign in Colorado.
