In this week's podcast Kirk unpacks the career of one of the world's best baristas, Benjamin Put. Ben is a four time Canadian Barista Champion and one of the founders of one of our favourite coffee roasters, Monogram Coffee. We talk about how Monogram started, some of the philosophies they use in their daily operations and how they are trying to make an impact to different communities through their business.
