I'm going to put it to you plainly: stuff sucks, and many of us need to fight every day just to survive. People who I'll never meet hate my guts. There is so much suffering. In the face of all this, I can't blame anyone who turns cold, or embraces anger. I often do both of those things. However, we can't forget that there is no such thing as a lost cause. Even the worst person can be redeemed. We've recommended physical resistance very recently, and, sometimes, that is the only functional solution. Other times, it can be a beautiful thing to help someone overcome whatever it is in their heart that makes them want to hurt others.

If you're going to stay strong in the face of... everything, sometimes it helps to have a nice tune to keep you centered. This week, we're recommending "Narcissus In Exile" by Minmo Music. It's good. Check out the whole record and preorder their upcoming EP on their bandcamp . Also follow them on instagram or twitter. They'll be the ones called Minmo Music

Content Warning: possible murder, threat of murder, discussion of broken bones, questionable morality, death via fire, discussion of decay and its value for new life, references to brainwashing
