När holländska Moooi öppnade ett showroom i Stockholm passade vi på att ta en pratstund med designföretagets grundare Marcel Wanders. I Summits intervju hör du formgivaren förklara varför Moooi – till skillnad mot många andra möbelproducenter – är ett designföretag och inget annat. Dessutom bjuds vi på en utläggning om hissmusik och Bach i designen. Arkitektur i Kina har länge varit synonymt med internationella storheter som ritar spektakulära prestigebyggen, men sedan den kinesiske ledaren Xi Jinping för något år sedan gjorde ett uttalande om att det får vara slut med ”konstig arkitektur” har landets egna arkitekter vädrat morgonluft. Om det Pekingbaserade Vector Architects projekt kan karaktäriseras som ”konstiga” låter vi vara osagt, men kontoret, som grundades 2008, av Gong Dong har på senare år blivit uppmärksammat för en rad projekt uppförda runt om i Kina. I intervjun från kontoret i Peking hör du Gong Dong berätta om situationen för arkitekter i Kina och den egna verksamheten.
