Mountmellick Development Association (MDA) is a voluntary community development organisation which supports local, integrated, social, cultural and economic development. In recent year's they have opened a Commercial Kitchen Unit with 4 fully functioning Commercial Kitchens, with all the bells and whistles needed. They also have a demonstration kitchen for anyone that would like to teach a class or attend a class being taught perhaps. On this week's Sunday Business Show, Conall was joined by the Manager of MDA, Paddy Buggy. Paddy spoke to Conall about their recent research which has revealed that similar units in Dublin and surrounding areas have long waiting lists and discussed how start ups could save both time and money by skipping the queue and heading to Laois.
