We talked to Stephen about the ED4S secret shopper campaign, in which we spoke with Canadian financial advisors to determine their ability to meet the needs of clients looking to invest sustainably. While some advisors demonstrated a thorough understanding of sustainability issues, there is room for improvement if more financial advisors are to meet their clients' sustainability needs.
