Sustainable Sounds is the podcast from the Fife Branch of the Scottish Green Party. In our first ever series of episodes, Tao MacLeod talks to those who are making a difference. You can join the Scottish Green Party at our website, greens.scot/join.

In episode five we hear from Esme Houston of the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Greens. Originally from South Lanarkshire, Esme moved to the Granite City for her studies and is currently reading Politics and International Relations, at the University of Aberdeen. She is also a Scottish Green candidate in the upcoming local elections, on the 5th of May, in the Torry/Ferryhill ward. In this interview, we chat about her role as a Queer Activist, how to build communities and what she does for the Scottish Green Party.
