Welcome back to Season 7 of Sustainably Influenced. This series we are discussing the intersection of technology and sustainability. This episode is entitled “Is tech separating human rights from humans?” But I really want to know how we can put an end or slow the possibility of this happening through intentional engagement and building responsive, responsible systems.

We can’t discuss people without discussing employee wealthfare and reporting. How can we create a framework for defining and measuring that “S”? Today’s guest is Elena Fanjul-Debnam, founder of Labor Solutions who will be able to explain just that. They are providing a new, scalable approach to managing and preventing supply chain risks by Engaging Workers + Suppliers using technology. In this conversation we discuss the negative consequences of unresolved grievances such as stress, anxiety, and depression, in the workplace which can lead to physical health issues.
