Beryl Young is a professional photographer, writer, educator, marketer, coach, mom, friend and living proof that little sparks of creative self-care can change your life. When she lost her first daughter in 2009 at 20 weeks pregnant, photography was the healing outlet her heart needed as she learned to live a life without her baby.⁠ This process ultimately led Beryl to create the 100 Steps Photography Project and Momtography brand, supporting moms with discovering the healing magic in picking up a camera. While Beryl's creative life and business life have evolved over the last 13 years, today she brings her passion for photography and writing together with her professional skills in education and marketing to the Be Young Creative community. Through Spark ! Studio events, Beryl is on a mission to show women of all ages and stages of life that you don't need a million hours, elaborate art supplies, or professional skills to get creative. ⁠All you need are the right tools, structured guidance, and encouraging support along the way.⁠
