Theresa grew up in Lancaster PA, and received a BA in Music - Vocal Performance from Millersville University. She has performed in professional musical theatre venues around the country. Theresa also received her makeup artist certification from The Makeup Designory in SoHo, New York, when she was 18. She is now a renown wedding makeup artist in Central Pennsylvania, and is a The Knot’s Best Of wedding vendor award winner, 3 years running. She has also been a licensed insurance agent in Pennsylvania for 12 years. Theresa is also a Gold Leader for The Body Shop at Home direct sales company. Most recently, Theresa completed her training to become a facilitator for The Paradox Process (paradoxprocess.org) a therapeutic modality that is based off of meditative practices and cognitive behavioral therapy. The Paradox Process is best described as tools, exercises, and emotional technology to assist people in managing challenging emotions, situations, and experiences. She is also writing a book about her own life challenges and experience with mindfulness, meditation, and manifesting the life you want, which she hopes to have published in 2022. Theresa currently resides in Pennsylvania with her husband Craig, her 2 step-sons Aidan and Braedan (they’re twins!) and their new kitten Sanssouci; though they all have IMMINENT plans to move south and settle down in Florida!
