The idea behind Swappin' Stories came from my time as primary caregiver for my paternal Grandparents, Ken and Hazel Hobbs. Whom I called Grandma and Gramps. I like talking to people that truly believe in a rising tide lifting all boats. I want to talk about people's experiences as a human in business. My podcast is my conversation with smart people, about their experiences. With me extracting as much helpful information for my audience, as I can. I use a mix of episode formats and I release each episode once they're ready for your ears. Not before. I’m starting with video conversations. Then translating that into audio and written versions. My goal for every episode is engaging you from Play to finish.
