Join Scotty Keogh on his first podcast episode as he sits down and swaps lies with the legendary equestrian horseman, John Fahey. His journey in competitive riding began at the tender age of three, atop Goldie, a gentle yet towering pony. By four, he was already mustering cattle, and at twelve, he was leaping over obstacles at the prestigious Brisbane Royal.

John's natural talent catapulted him to the 1964 and 1968 Olympic Games, where he clinched a fourth position, a record that remains untouched in Australian Games for over half a century.

John holds the international record for winning the most FEI World Cup Qualifiers on a single horse, multiple victories in the Pacific League World Cup Series and the Australian Showjumping Championships, leading to prestigious honors such as the Order of Australia Medal in 2000 and induction into the Equestrian Australia Hall of Fame in 2016.

Don't miss this exclusive insight into the life and achievements of a true equestrian icon.
