Firstly, what is activism? It’s the policy or action of using vigorous campaigning to bring about political or social change.
Activism isn’t new. But we’ve seen activism, rather than being laughed at, being taken more seriously recently - for example Extinction Rebellion, and Greta Thunberg and her campaign FridaysForFuture are all over the news. Why the change? Why are people listening more now?
