Mark Copelovitch is Professor of Political Science and Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently the Axel Springer Fellow at the American Academy in Berlin and is working on his new book »Dollar Signs: The Myth of American Decline and the Future of World Order«.
