The trio discover that P.R.'s is business up front and taco party in the back!!

Rick tells us about his favorite taco hole-in-the-walls and growing up in KC and being scared of Mexican Food (Too Spicy!) as a child! Kim gives us the lowdown on growing up in Oklahoma as a child of Irish parents and being deprived of tacos! We get into Kim's cycling photography and Rick and Kim give us some cycling tips!
