On Halloween night in 1973, 9-year-old Lisa French would disappear. Her parents, who immediately reported her missing, would not see Lisa again alive. The investigation would halt but a confession not long later gave everyone some much needed answers. Lisa's case has shaped the way trick-or-treating is done in Wisconsin still, 49 years later. This case also created a new law in the state of Wisconsin. Join us as we tell you Lisa's story and how it has shaped this midwestern state.
