After spending a day on the water in hopes of watching a historic NASA launch sending a spacecraft back to the moon for the first time in decades, we assembled around the Old Oak Table to welcome Marc back from another trip and to catch up with Andrew, who was in town for the weekend. Andrew kicks it off with an update on where he’s been lately, kinda. Marc takes the torch and shares his warm water experience with Mike Johnson in the North Woods of Wisconsin. Larry shares a bit about his adventure outside the inlet in the Hobie Power Skiff teaching his son a few more lessons on how to become a more well-rounded waterman. We discuss speed zone enforcement in the wake of FWC’s stop of Wyatt during an approaching thunderstorm. The Mail Barge delivers freshly canned pickled okra from the Garden State, setting the bar for everyone who may want to get their pickling skills judged in the Tailer Park. Ben shares what he enjoyed and didn’t after his recent experience fishing Bar Fly’s Poonfecta Tournament. The Dinghy Derby Weekend is under a month away, if you want to support hands on work that benefits Mosquito Lagoon Research and Restoration, please consider donating a raffle prize of cash!
