Motivation isn’t always what we think it is. A lot of people want to connect to what’s important to them and why it’s important. That can absolutely create a greater motivation and deepen it and spark the fire within to get really clear why it’s important. But sometimes, we understand our whys but we’re still not doing it. We can find strategies to help us move forward. Strategies are different for different people. You’ve got to see what works for you. Finding motivation is to find something that makes you excited and looking forward to something then go with it. It might not be what you think. It might not be the thing that should motivate you. What you have to find is that leverage that enables you to get past any excuse and move forward.
