As humans, we will quickly move away from pain, just switch course, and may look to blame external factors for why things didn't work out.

But if we don’t see how our own thinking has contributed to the situation, we’re going to continue to have that problem repeated over and over again.

Whether it’s an issue with our team, our customers, our sales performance, or any other condition that we’d like to be different, we have to dig into our own personal role in why it’s happening.

In this week’s video, I’ll share an example and a strategy to work a problem back to the roots of our own thinking so we can make the real change we need.
