In a world of AI-generated resumes, the chasm between the candidate resume and final client interview has never been wider.

Technology can minimize and even obscure the reality of a candidate. It can make it hard for them to shine through or it can overlook the need for that face-to-face interview prep.

Sometimes how a candidate presents themselves needs perfecting, but if you’re just focused on the resume, you miss out on a huge opportunity. The last thing a recruiter wants is for the candidate to go straight into an interview without ironing out those kinks.
