Tombstone is legendary for the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, the Earps, Doc Holiday and the Clantons. But at the same time the Earps and the Cowboys were fighting for control of the rich mining town, the U.S. Army was waging a war against Geronimo and the Chiricahua Apaches.
