Trucks drivers accross the country deal with many things from Long hours to Bad weather. But there is something that often comes with all the rest of the problems and that is depression...In this article you will find one of the contrbutors of depression and thats "Social Media", thats right we did not studder, Facebook and Twitter are one way a Trucker can find himself feeling down, and when youre on the road you do not need to feel depressed.
