Jim Demeray is the founder of Understand Us, a Regina-based volunteer initiative that combats the stigma of mental health. On mental health month, Jim sits down with Dale Richardson to discuss his story, including his early life in Ontario; moving to Saskatchewan; his father’s struggle with depression; Jim’s own mental health story; and his mental health initiative Understand Us.
