STEAL AN IDEA ALERT. Mike and Jen headed down the shore (adjacent) this week to chat with a group of young folks who have helped develop an event every parish should be using!!! The Dream On Youth Festival set for July 19 at Saint Katharine Drexel Church, Egg Harbor Township is a brilliant youth-focused event that even in its inaugural year is getting a ton of attention - all from the minds of young folks who have planned a fun evening of games, live music, inspirational witness talks, and more to grow the young Church. From securing benefactors and guest speakers to recruiting attendees from area Catholic churches, guests Sarah Wickham, Ashley Gonsalves and Caitlin Harding explain that this “for youth by youth festival” will be an amazing opportunity for young people to meet new friends, talk openly about the faith – and possibly pie some of their mentors, all in good fun!
