Your Nashville Predators are off to a 2-0 start, and you can't have a perfect season without winning the first two! Why not try to win them all? Of course, this is the NHL, where that feat would be difficult, however, it's fun to fantasize about.
What can we look for in the Preds this year? Well, the core of the team is still here. The 4 defensemen, Subban, Ekholm, Ellis, and Josi are locked in. The top line looks better than ever. And the up and comers are up and coming rapidly. There's a lot to look forward to in this season. Maybe even more than the previous two seasons. We should look for another deep run in the post season.
Filip Forsberg never disappoints. It was only fitting for him to score the opening goal of the season. He's only 24 years old, and the skill and talent is starting to leak superstar status. His 40 goals a year is coming soon.
How many games will Pekka Rinne play this year? The confidence in Saros is unbelievable, and he backs it up every time he's between the posts. Over or under 50 games, for Pekka? Let us know what you think!
