Think about is there a particular part of the country that suits your industry or you may find you know your hiring pool is better on the West or the East …you want to come over here and be focused, you know you don't want to be a very generalist recruitment offering you want to stay to your strength, stay with your niche.” Miranda “American sales cycles are very relationship driven. You make one good placement with the best candidate. They might not come back to you again if you don't have that relationship and you're not staying in touch connecting on a more personal level.” Josh “Popular for UK staffing firms moving to the states includes technology IT that's been popular over here for quite some time. The newest trends are in renewables, so I think wind and solar engineering firms feeding into those industries.” Josh
