Richmond’s wretched luck this season has now infiltrated the Club’s premier podcast Talking Tigers.

A key member of the Talking Tigers team has been struck down with illness and was a late withdrawal from this week’s show.

Although he was clearly missed, the other TT team members stepped up in fine style to fill the significant void.

An old TT favourite even came off the bench, as the sub, for an impactful cameo.

There was plenty for the team to discuss, including an AFL career-best performance by TT’s own Nathan Broad against Collingwood last Sunday, talented young Tiger Tom Brown’s impressive forward-craft display, an important step in the development of another Richmond rookie, Seth Campbell, and a tribute to star swingman Noah Balta, who reached the AFL 100-game milestone.

And, in the popular “Spirit of ‘74” segment, the focus is on the return bout between Richmond and Essendon late in the 1974 season, following the infamous Windy Hill Brawl that erupted three months earlier.

For all things Yellow and Black, make sure you tune in to Talking Tigers.
