Wesley is an award-winning consultant, registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist with a simple philosophy for making eating healthy simple with her 5 or less ingredient recipes and mantra "avoid processed foods, eat in season and don’t eat anything that isn't real." Wendy will connect listeners with the St. Pete food space makers who are doing good things with nutrition, access and agriculture.
