Elizabeth Frazier is in her thirteenth season with the Tampa Bay Lightning, serving as Executive Director of the Lightning Foundation and Executive Vice President of Philanthropy, Community Initiatives, & Social Impact. Elizabeth has led a transformation of the Lightning Foundation and the Lightning Community Relations departments under the ownership of Jeff Vinik, and is responsible for the strategic planning and leveraging of the Lightning’s philanthropic contributions, fundraising, community events and sponsorships, player philanthropy and community relations, facilitating relationships with community leaders and non-profits, and VSG’s diversity equity and inclusion and Hockey is For Everyone initiatives. Elizabeth also oversees the Lightning’s Hockey & Community Development team and its portfolio of programming that supports the growth of both ice and ball hockey in the Tampa Bay community, including Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, Rookie League, camps and clinics and Sled Hockey. Through the Lightning Community Heroes program, Elizabeth has helped distribute more than $30M to more than 700 unique non-profits, and has also overseen CHARGE, an organization-wide employee volunteer program through which employees have donated over 50,000 hours. Elizabeth is a native of Tampa and prior to working with the Lightning, Elizabeth lived in NYC, Boston, and the Washington D.C. area. She has a husband, three children and three dogs. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature with a Certificate in European Cultural Studies from Princeton University and a Master's in Business Administration from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
