Tricia Smith is an Administrative Services Coordinator with the St. Petersburg Library System. Originally from Auburn, Alabama, she bounced around the South before finally settling in St. Pete. She likes to read books that are controversial because she likes to know what all the fuss is about. She reads classics for the same reason. She also enjoys travel books because they provide a temporary escape until she can take on the next adventure. Tricia gives listeners information about all the activities and services the St. Petersburg Library System provides for residents.
The library is more than just books! The library offers classes for people of all ages to get help with technology, learn a new skill, story times for kids and more. You can even download new music releases! Stop by your local library and apply for a card. Once you have a library card, you'll get access to free e-books, e-audiobooks, music, movies, and magazines. For more information, visit their website at splibraries.org or follow on Facebook and Instagram @stpetelibrary.
