In this episode of St. Pete Eats, Wendy Wesley talks about edible landscapes with Amanda Streets, the owner of Living Roots Eco Design. She started her business in 2018 after recognizing a need to guide homeowners and families in the Tampa Bay area toward better health by creating beautiful, eco-friendly outdoor spaces. Amanda and her team design, install and maintain landscapes which encourage and support edible, Florida-friendly and Florida-native ecosystems. “To the average homeowner, traditional landscape practices can be labor-intensive, laden with synthetic chemicals, and costly," she says. "Living Roots Eco Design was created to design landscapes better fit for a sustainable lifestyle of healthy growing." https://livingrootsecodesign.com/
