An experienced educator, former preschool owner and parent, I've spent the last two decades working with children and families in a variety of different roles and responsibilities from preschool to high school.
My passion is making emotional regulation & social emotional well-being understandable, relatable and easy to implement. I'm a big fan of picture books and wrote one with a playful take on brain science called The Adventures of Team Brain!
