Elvis impersonator Dave Stovall is Steve Tarter's guest this week on "Tarter Source," the pjstar.com podcast. Stovall, who's been playing Elvis for 30 years in central Illinois, will perform a special concert at the Limelight Eventplex on Sept. 23 with the EAS Band from Chicago. A UPS driver for 40 years, Stovall says he often sings Elvis songs while taking packages to the UPS hub in Rockford.
