As a wrestler for Coach Keysaw, I learned so many things from him and all the coaching staff. I have enjoyed the ups and downs of the journey. They made my college experience as a student-athlete memorable. Many first-generation college grads have wrestled for coach Keysaw and have taken a step forward to building a career and a dream. Some have succeeded in the sport by becoming all-Americans, and others have had the opportunity to pursue a higher education. In this journey, success can be defined in many ways, from academic and athletic achievements to building our own family and impacting the lives of those around us. I am grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to interview coach Paul Keysaw.

Hey, podcast fans! I've been away for a while, but I'm working hard to bring you some amazing conversations. I've been thinking about the direction of the podcast and want to ensure that each episode is meaningful and engaging. To bridge the gap, I'm excited to introduce a summer series called "My Summer of 2024." Stay tuned for the first episode coming soon! Thanks for listening!
