Michelle Cave: Post Covid and books
Manage episode 409938559 series 3373015
Michelle closed Red Bicycle Catering when Covid 19 lockdowns happened. Red Bicycle catering was a perfect unity of both Michelle’s love for cooking delicious whole food and her passion for providing nutrition education to her community. I remember once eating lunch with Michelle, her husband, and neighbor after a hard day of work. She made Barbecued chicken for lunch and it was, hands down, the best barbecue chicken I’ve ever had in my life. On our second episode she is going to be sharing with us about her post-Covid life and we will talk about our favorite books.
