Lets face it teaching can become a very stressful job. There are student's we worry about when they leave, the other obligations and committees we have to do, club, dances, rehearsals, the list goes on and on. If you do not take care of yourself you can burn out quick.
In this episode we talk about what we do to relieve stress. Gym time, family time, painting, music. We encourage other teachers to find that relief and to make sure you are taking care of yourself as well as all our little snowflakes.
